Privacy policy

This policy covers this website only. The products Frumons operates for its customers are governed by separate agreements with those customers.

Who is responsible

The data controller is the company identified in the imprint. Questions about this policy, or any request described below, can be sent to the email address listed there.

What this site collects

The inquiry form. When you send an inquiry we receive your name, email address, and whatever you choose to write in the message, along with the optional company, timeline and budget fields and the language you were reading the site in.

An order from the home page. The home page lets you build an order before you send it. When you send one we also receive what you put on it: the services you picked, any sentences you added, the “allergies” and notes, the occasion, the timing and budget you chose, and an order number. The notes are free text, so please leave out health, financial or other sensitive details about yourself or anyone else — we do not need them to reply.

Until you press send, the order stays in your browser’s session storage and nothing is sent to us. Session storage is not a cookie: it belongs to the tab and is cleared when you close it. After you send, only the order number, the time and the services picked stay there, so the order ticket is still there if you reload the page. Your name and email address are never stored in the browser.

Nothing else on this site collects personal data. There are no analytics scripts, no advertising tags, no third-party embeds, and no cookies set by this site. Fonts are served from this domain rather than a font CDN, so loading a page does not disclose your visit to a third party.

Why, and on what basis

Inquiry data is processed to answer your inquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to negotiate and perform a contract.

Frumons is a United States company, but it offers its services to people in Serbia and the European Economic Area (EEA), so the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and the GDPR apply to that processing. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract — and the corresponding provision of the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection. Everyone who writes to us is handled the same way, wherever they are.

Providing the data is voluntary. Without a name, an email address and a message or an order we cannot reply.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered by Web3Forms, which passes the message to our inbox and keeps a copy for 30 days so a failed delivery can be recovered, and by the email provider that hosts that inbox. Both act as processors on our behalf. The website itself is served by Cloudflare, whose servers process the technical request data (including your IP address) needed to deliver a page and to defend the service against abuse.

Where it goes. Frumons is based in the United States, so an inquiry you send is received and stored there, and the processors named above operate globally. If you are in Serbia or the EEA, that means your data is transferred outside your country. You can ask us to delete it at any time — see Your rights below.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

How long it is kept

Inquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live, and for up to 24 months afterwards so we can pick up a thread that resumes later. Inquiries that lead to a contract are kept for as long as the contract and the statutory retention periods that follow it require.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction of it, erasure, restriction of processing, or a copy in a portable format, and you may object to processing. Write to the address in the imprint; we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority — in Serbia, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection; in the EEA, the data-protection authority of the country you live in.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
